Gestalt therapy is a humanistic approach, it is existential, experimental and experiential. Gestalt as an acknowledged integrative development approach is worldwide used in therapy, coaching, counsseling and training.
German word "Gestalt" is referring to perception of things in their entirety rather than as separate elements - person’s body, mind and phenomenal field are seen as inseparable.
Experimentation is central in gestalt therapy, as dialogical approach to deepen one′s awareness in the contact HERE and NOW.

Gestalt therapy was founded by Frederick ′Fritz′ Perls, Laura Perls and Paul Goodman in 1951.
